Diversity and Inclusion
For over a decade, my focus has been on researching unconscious biases and understanding how labels influence decision-making, both personally and in society, with an emphasis on their broader impact on the economy.
As HR manager at Develeap, I led the development of a resume-free recruitment process in collaboration with CEO Dori Kafri and CTO Omri Spector, aimed at reducing unconscious biases. This process successfully brought in talent from the Haredi, Arab, Druze, and LGBTQ communities, as well as new immigrants, all selected for their skills in the DevOps field.
My work also focuses on empowering Haredi women by providing them with tools for professional and managerial advancement. As an instructor and part of the leadership team for the "Movilot" program, I contribute to helping Haredi academic women achieve leadership roles and career growth.
With Chani Zisman, we co-present the lecture "The Double Glass Ceiling: Mind The Gap," which addresses gender and cultural gaps, unconscious biases, and encounters with the "other." This lecture has been delivered locally and internationally to diverse audiences across the business, public, and social sectors, as well as academia and delegations, resonating widely.
I lecture at the Ono Academic College Haredi Campus on career management, decision-making, and innovation in education.
Additionally, I lead the Talking Tech course for Taasukada, a program under the Ministry of Labor, that empowers managers of diverse employment programs to help candidates enter the high-tech sector by understanding industry jargon, pathways, and required skills.
Most recently, I have been working with new immigrants through the "Gvahim Career Tech" program of the Gvahim organization, helping them navigate Israel’s high-tech job market and preparing them for the screening processes required for tech positions.
